People, service at mealtime when I had some specific dietary issues the staff were sublime. Mealtime typically excellent. And breakfast, there were enough options for people like me with dietary issues. Would have preferred more non-fried options as fried/greasy food makes me very ill. ,But soup clean and egg cook attentive. Natural yoghurt full of sugar was a negative, though. Bread baked with butter is not something I could eat, and why put butter in bread anyway ?? So no toast for me. Coffee machine not good though and expresso always turns out a long black. But lovely setting for meals. Shower great, room size perfect and balcony very comfortable.

Location was perfect. Less than 10 mins to the left beach. Basically next door to the Ao Nang market and a short walk to the landmark night market. Theres always staff at reception and they were LOVELY. Rooms were spacious. They provide a bag to bring to the beach like a beach towel etc. There are activities but we didnt go to any nor use La Playas facilities. They provided a little christmas snack and some recycled key rings which was thoughtful. Also the bed was comfy!

We liked the location - felt in the middle with night market, port and long tail boats kiosk one side and the main shopping/bars/beaches on the other. Pretty good value.

I had an absolutely amazing stay! The staff were incredible especially Molly, who went above and beyond in every possible way. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made my stay unforgettable. Everything about this hotel is just perfect the room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed. Every single aspect, from the check-in process to the service, amenities, and atmosphere, was top-notch. Huge thanks to Molly and the entire team for making me feel so welcome. I’ll definitely be coming back! 🌟

The pool access room was awesome. Pool was very clean and most times the pool was empty so it was like a private pool directly outside the balcony. Location was unbeatable. Massage was just at the corner, food was plenty.

The staff were very nice. The view in the room is great. The rooftop pool is surrounded by beauty. The room was clean enough with decent amenities, like umbrellas, beach towels, flip flops, etc.

It is conveniently located on the way from the port and close enough to the beach and the main street. The service was really good, when we had any issue or request the staff was there immediately and ready to help. The swimming pool and the room with pool access are very nice and room was also nice and stylish. On the 2nd night they left a cake on the bed which was very sweet as we had informed them that we were travelling for our anniversary, really appreciated gesture.

Everything, the place is very clean and you have all the required needs in one hotel. A swimming pool facing our room and another amazing rooftop swimming pool. They provide towels, swimming pool bag, shampoo, shower gel, condition, and body lotion! The hotel is very quiet and no one uses the swimming pool and it has an option for connecting rooms so our 2 teenagers were next to us having their own room. Perfect location walking distance to the beach, restaurant and night market in Krabi.

Having pool access from room was a bonus. Loungers by pool in shade was appreciated. Proximity to ATM, restaurants, beach was great. Access to sister property (across the street) appreciated.

Spacious room. Excellent bathroom. Clean towels daily. Beach/pool towels provided plus beach mat and bag for use during your stay. A really nice touch. Pool access from room very pleasant. Very good breakfast. Very friendly helpful staff.
